Sending photo's to the Forum

Can someone tell me how to reduce the file size of photos so that I can send them to the Forum. I am on Windows XP, Internet Explorer 6 and Outlook express. I dont have a a graphics package (photoshop) that I am aware of.

Download the free package called Irfanview - it is great, it is free and will open almost all types of images I know you can then resize or save with higher compression and you are good to go
