I see Amazon are now selling this unit (Koolertron) from £285 - £325 plus carriage. Is it any connection to you? For what it's worth, if I buy it will be from you anyway.

I see one in $ at $546.00 (More Expensive than mine to start) it's one of the Old versions Operating system:Win CE5.0 (Ours is the WinCE 6.0) ANALOG TV (Which Means No RDS and No TMC which is also not mentioned) We developed the RDS and TMC and we are still the ONLY Supplier with TMC . This Koolertron unit would also not charge IPODS. Thats another special Mod that we requested due to CDTI's research inside the unit ! This is Not true if you have Infrared Steering (you do not need to cut any wire of your car. ) Also, their note pls note:Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. And with this service ***Please kindly notice before purchase***:Order will be shipped via DHL/UPS EXPRESS service taxes are imminent ! AS well as a DHL service fee ! We show that right up front on the ordering Looking forward to being in your service Cheers Sean |

What I would say is, you need to change you thinking when it comes to the DD Units. It's loaded with stuff and you need to treat it differently from you CD player your removing! They are different beasts! Lads, move on and bring you dash upyo date and into the high tec world.
I love the iGo Sat Nav, its loaded with info in the advanced setting, maybe too much, stuff like how high you are above sea level! but if you feel it's too much info, select the basic option. So If you fancy one, get one. Get one from Sean, If you have any questions etc, there is plenty of help on here

Thanks Shaun, it was not my intention to buy from them, just pointing it out. I've been trying to set up an account for X something or other for payment but it is a nightmare. It won't accept my email address and when I contact them they say I am putting my credit details in wrong. I can't even get past the first page so can't put my card details in anyway.......I'll keep trying
Can't you just take credit cards??? |

Thought I'd just like to add that I bought mine from Sean complete with dvb tuner back in 2010 and it was a doddle to fit.
My Tuner develoed a fault and Sean sent out a new one really quickly to resolve the problem. So, there you have it, easy to fit, great service from the supplier and a pleasure to use Comes with a whole hearted recommendation from me. And a picky of it installed in my car.
