You sure it's not the aircon drainage pipes They leave a puddle under the car

I know you have checked the sunroof drain pipes but I'd double check the front drain pipe joins , believe they are under the A pillars under the dash.
Ive heard the joiner can come loose. Is the satef only on one side ? |

No sunroof so the drains aren't a problem. This is why I'm struggling so much, there just doesn't seem to be any trace of water or obvious cause (that I can see), just flipping puddles!!!!

It has to be in the body of your car. Every time it rains it gets topped up and spills out. I think you've checked and ruled out everything else.
When I do the brakes etc. on Mo I shall be taking the liners off and having a good root round

I think you may be right, but how do I get it out/stop it getting in?!

Of course, that might not be the best way of doing it, I'm just throwing ideas around. But it seems to make sense. As for how it's getting in, I still don't know that. You checked the rear light seals didn't you?

No idea Can't hurt to check though.
It's not getting in via the roof bars is it? maybe they're not bolted down tight enough?

It doesn't look like there would be access for water via roof bars, I may, however, be entirely mistaken in that statement!
