We use Groupon to buy low price Keratin hair 'Brazilian' treatments in London for my wife. The salons in London can be very expensive expensive at £80-£120 per treatment. The treatment lasts for 3 months. Vouchers come in from £10-£49 depending on location. The downside of Groupon for me, is they send me emails every day with special offers.

Sounds a bit like top cash back, i used to use it quite a bit but then it turned into a waste of time. Only good offers were in the premium members area which you had to pay for and the rest were things I'm not interested in buying, very low discounts (ie pennies) or you'd never get the money back.
