Has anyone in Mansfield or Nottingham got a Stoplock for a steering wheel they could lend my daughter?

scum have tried for the second time tried to get into het 2nd had 20 year old car. Tonight she managed to get her other car that she thought was scrap working so she needs two locks.

To clout the scum with, presumably? You can still buy them new from car accessory shops and I don't imagine they're terribly expensive now that all modern cars have decent immobilisers from the factory.
