Default IGO8 and speed cameras

I've seen lots of posts about downloading speed camera databases and full post code databases to work with the IGO 8 supplied with the chinese Head units from Cathy.

Can anyone shed any light on how to do this, and where to get the databases from?

Hi Igo uses a simple text database which when inserted into the speedcam folder which is then coverted into a spud file. You have to delete any files in the speedcam folder and then place the speedcam txt file.

Thanks guys, got the speedcams working now. So now for the next dumb question, the POI's.

On my card from china are several files in the POI folder for Israel and most of Arab countries, with a POI extension. Yet, the POI files download as KML's. THere are also hundreds of separate files. Isn't it supposed to be just one file for GB like it is for Egypt, Israel etc? Do I have to download them all separately?
