V8 and T4
Hi guys, just came back from Dreadnought, they had connected my V8 to the T4 and managed to get the (stupid) speed-activated lock deactivated. Success. But no success with the lights, DRL and coming home, nothing. Have any of you any idea if this is common or whether one just has to try again or what?

Lights
Not much of a problem with the lights, just that the system said you could switch Daytime Running Lights on, which I would have been happy with, and that there is a Coming Home function which illuminates my pitch dark yard when walking into the house. Thought that sounded like a neat thing.
And yes, also the one-touch open was a neat idea but that didnt catch either, dunno why. Dreadnought says the V8 and the T4 don't really talk well with each other. |

You might find that Lovel (gary) is a bit closer to you than Calender however, for future T4 sessions though https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/member.php?u=169 Cheers Brian |

Not sure about the day running lights bit ,but the drive illumination facillity... I leave my lights on.. turn the ignition off.. turn off the lights(main switch)...lights stay on for 20 odd seconds then extinguish...job sorted |

I know it can be done, I also read somewhere you shouldnt overload the T4 with what you want it to do in one go. Maybe we're going to try it again. And Dreadnought is 30 min from me, Aberdeenshire round about two hours, I guess.

V8 and T4 can be somewhat trial and error I'm afraid
