Default A big thank you to Davelincs

Just to thanks Dave who came out of his way to darkest Yorkshire to sort my car. Intermittent misfire and lumpy idle - which when i described on the phone Dave advised a timing issue. Well he proved to be correct the tensioner was wrongly aligned and the timing had been advanced by 1 tooth - the belts being done by a local garage in the summer . He also went on to sort a rattling door card , installed a new stepper motor and set it to the correct rate and finished off by sorting my window switch.

Many many many thanks to Dave and his deep well of knowledge on our cars.

Crikey, that's the most work he's done in a year!! I bet he's gone for a lie down...

In all seriousness, well done Dave, glad you got it sorted.
