Call me cynical but I'm always suspicious when a "newbie" joins the club and their first post is a car for sale.
Probably a very nice car and my suspicion's are wrong, sometimes I'm too reliant on the supposed wisdom of old age. |

I spoke with a nice lady at the Ugbrooke show today who has a 53 ( I think) 1.8 turbo 75 90k miles although not high spec said she wants £400 for it full MOT and head gasket done some while ago. She was offered £150 in part ex on it so I suggested she join the club and advertise it here. Cheers Ian

Bought the car about two weeks ago. It was leaking coolant and I came to the forum to find out what the reason could be.
Full of information on the site which I found useful.Got the leak fixed, instead of going to gumtree to post the car for sale,I thought I would pay my £10 and give folk here a chance to buy a lovely looking car in excellent condition and who would appreciate the Rover 75. Peter |

Sounds reasonable & £10 is not a lot to pay for a car sale advert.
It can take a while on here though as it stands to reason that most of us own at least one 75 already & haven't always got room for more ( not always ). Good luck regardless.

Well I can certainly understand someone coming to the site to sell, and after paying a subbie, which the lack of is often the first thing that is criticized.

Give it time, sometimes the right person doesn't see the ad in the first week.
Good luck.
