Default Revotec fan???

Had one fitted. Couple of weeks ago all seemed well to start with, turn air con on and fan seemed to go at a slow speed, turn it on now and the fan starts at a slow speed then after a minute or so goes quite fast.

Interesting... Just purchased one to fit to my car, so interested in how this pans out.

Could it be a temp sensor that is faulty?

I don't know the dash temp seems to be in keeping with the weather.

With ambients of 25-30C, it's possibly due to low heat exchange through the aircon condenser. If everything was OK before the hot weather I'd leave it till things cool down and check it again.

Yep, agree. But they are really noisey though once they get up to speed!

Fitted mine last night, yup really noisy but gets drowned out by the Diesel clatter and my Radio

Try the aircon today. You'll probably find the fan remains on at slow speed. Another member has just reported exactly that.

So what you are saying is there might be some fault, by going to high speed?

No, it's due to hot weather- as you've now confirmed.
