I can see both good and bad things on both sides of the stay/leave argument Don't really know what to think, if I'm being honest

How stupid I was to vote remain!
This leaving thing is going to be so easy. The NHS will have more money that it will ever need. We will fantastic trade deals - starting with America - just forget about Trump saying 'America First' - it will all work out. We will become a very rich country now, only to convince 27 other countries - easy! Every argument I could put forward to remain can be explained away by the leavers as 'fake news' or I am putting the country down. Yes I am fully converted now - and ready to be much happier and better off in a few years time. I will start planning for that tomorrow. Remember ppl don't question any compromises - they are in our best interests. |

Both myself and Mrs P will be raising a glass in our local hostelry at lunch time to celebrate. Just a shame that it's taken this weak Government over 9 months to invoke it, at a cost to the Taxpayer of £10,000,000,000...

"This is the moment when the empty phrases and undeliverable promises of the Brexiters will be replaced by the hard reality.
They will decide. We will be told." It's already contributing to political upheaval throughout the UK. Not my words, but sums up my feelings very well. |
