Default Rover 75 Conny SE CDT - Spare or Repairs

I have too many cars apparently so I need to sell at least one She drives very well but I fancied a ZT so I bought one of those instead of fixing this one immediately and meant to get round to her but I also have another 75 Conny V6 parked up too(!) so I never have. She was last driven about 2 weeks ago.

This is a 75 Conny SE CDT in Copperleaf Red. She has 164k miles on her and is in reasonable but not great condition. She's good enough to restore to a nice running car without too much expense if you do it yourself IMHO which is why I haven't just scrapped her. Please be aware that she has 16" Union alloys, not the 15" Crowns as shown in the pictures. There is no MOT on her - see first two lines of 'bad bits'!

Good bits:
Hi-Line sat nav complete with disc.
Auto dimming rear mirror.
Cruise control.
Parcel shelf sunscreen.
Electric 3 memory setting & heated seats.
Webasto FBH (but untested).
Full leather.
New PCV, pollen and air filter about 2k miles ago.
Reversing kit.
Full set of original mats, although being in cream they aren't all the right shade(!) I have recently powerwashed them so they are cleaner than the photo's show.
New rear pads and disks about 3k miles ago.
All brake pipes have been replaced with copper or kunifer, this was done before I bought her so I don't know which.
Driver and passenger vanity mirrors are lit.
Towing bar (electrics untested).
Boot is dry!!!

Bad Bits:
Three suspension bushes and a spring need replacing on offside.
Tires are either illegal or close to. One tyre is off the alloy and is in the boot, temporary tyre on one corner.
Scrape on O/S/F bumper.
General supermarket scratches in various places.
Drivers seat leather is cracked.
FBH is untested as she didn't come with the remote.
Slight leak on master cylinder seal.
Only one key.
One rear plate light is out and the solder on the PCB will need reflowing.
She has virtually no fuel in her.
Battery is as dead as a Norwegian parrot pining for the fjords.
Passenger side door mirror is smashed.
Front passenger door does not open from inside.
The trim around the boot/bonnet release is cracked.
O/S/R sill will need some welding.

Price is £200 and you will need to trailer her. She is located in Sheffield S35 and I can be available during most weekdays if needed.

Yes, she's available. Are you wanting everything? Another member is interested in the HiLine system which by coincidence I'd already started stripping out. It's maybe 30-45 mins work to put it all back in though.

Honestly I'm not that fussed about the high line as long as I can put a standard radio back in
