Difficult to give an average price Richard as all cars need to be assessed individually. Like Brian says, once the K series gets really hot it can suffer valve seat issues that need to be recut. Stripping the head and having this done changes the labour time and adds costs for the specialist work.

At this price though it sounds a perfect car for somebody that can repair themselves as a project. Good luck with the sale
