I also think it is ridiculous that people will pay 7-8k for some Euro boxes of the same age with road fund licence at approximately £250.

For example: http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/Cars-/9801...p2045573.m1684

After all the saving in purchase price that I will have made means that I can tax the car for many years to come and it will have still cost me less money overall than one of the Euro boxes.
