Selling the blower separately from any converted car is in theory possible but not practical. I personally didn't receive all the OEM parts when I bought the car so I could not simply take the blower off mine it would have to be a part swap to and from the receiving car.

Then there is the ECU coding, if they can just be swapped over then it may be doable but if the programming needs to be copied over it gets a bit more involved a device like the kwp2000 plus that I used to use for CDTi remaps won't do the V8 but that is the kind of tool needed.

recoding the original V8 ecu map would be a T4 job

All in all not something I personal have any interest in doing, part of the provenance of my car is that it is a genuine Dreadnought conversion one of an elite few

There a fairly good tunnel along the A55 at Conwy! I have always fancied trying Black Wall or Rotherhithe though!

We found a few in Belgium to drive through but and I kid you not even Stus sleeved Xpowers could not drown out the excited shrieking of these two girls with our convoy riding shot gun in a purple MGF through one of the tunnels!

After understanding what would have to be done I can honestly understand why you would not want to bother.

Good luck with the sale, and somebody is going to get a bargain for sure....

Default T4

Lots of people are interested in my T4
I will not be selling that until after the car itself has been sold, I will obviously offer first refusal to the cars buyer, and that could be months away yet.

Until then sorry, but I won't be replying to any questions about it as there really is no point yet.
