There aren't many headunits that would fit straight in without any alteration to the wiring.

There are two Kenwood units.

The KDC-5021
A 50 watt per channel single slot CD radio tuner

The KDC-M6021 G
A 50 watt per channel single slot CD radio tuner with MP3 CD playback.

They are both of the same age as your present Kenwood unit and would have limited availability.

The latest headunits will require a interface unit to enable the steering wheel controls to work.

The ZT with a Kenwood unit normally has infra-red steering wheel controls.
If it is hard wired, it depends how your current stereo steering wheel cables are connected, if it is via an Autoleads PC99 adapter lead (or a similar lead by another manufacturer), all you would need is a patch lead for the make of stereo you get.
If you got another Kenwood unit, it should just be a straight one-for-one swap.
