indeed you have

I actually don't understand why anyone pays over £10 for a packet of decent cigarettes (or £6 for ones that make you want to vomit) any more, yeah it's easy but you smell horrible and it's really not good for you. There are places like House Of Liquid who will sell you very good Tobacco flavours and a huge variety of places that will sell you nice tasting fruit type things.

Giving up completely is the best thing to do obviously and if you can just stop then more power to you. But life is short so why bother proudly wearing the itchy hair shirt of penance when there is a smoother way to help you live longer

All said a bit with tongue in cheek obviously

What put me off even attempting to stop for all of those years, were the terrible tales of the cravings and health problems they had when trying to quit, so I just never tried quitting. In fact it was no harder, no more problematic than simply falling off a log - for me at least.

Many of those I speak to who gave up decades ago, still claim they have the craving. Me, nothing at all - just weeks into it, I would not have thanked you for a ciggy, nor felt the need since.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

Some people can just give up. Over the years I tried every NRT available, patches, gum, sprays, you name it. Nothing worked. Not that I really wanted to give up, I enjoyed smoking. I just felt pressurised to do so from holier than thou hypocrites. Other people enjoy drinking alcohol, I don't tell them it's bad for them or that they should stop.

I have no desire to give up vaping, just like many others have no desire to give up drinking. And why should they! It really annoys me that some people think they have some God given right to tell others how to live their lives (I'm not pointing a finger at anyone here, I'm just generalising).

I cleaned the inside of the car the other day. I was amazed at how clean it was. When I used to smoke the car took a lot longer to clean.

The only issue with vaping in the car is how the vape sticks to the windows. It's quite 'greasy' and takes forever to get the windows decontaminated.

The house needed it anyway, but since giving up smoking we redecorated almost top to bottom. The tar everywhere from my smoking was terrible, disgusting. It hits you most, when you start to redecorate.
