Default Clutches all the way...

No guessing which is the hot topic this week, that's right. It's the good old 75/ZT clutch issues and I'm a sufferer this week, I can't do it now before next Wednesday so I'm still bored but! I've decided to clean the plenums and seal the clips, I've also done a mod, if it works out I'll make a permanent bracket for it. I've added another master cylinder to feed the existing one. It sits just under the dash and to fill it I just pop out the clocks, no fuss and a direct pour of fluid, it also stops the dreaded extra pump and putting air in as you can see it. I've fitted a nozzle to the existing cap and the cylinder is off a Fiat Panda. It looks great and sits well. The second picture is the nozzle and pipe on the old master, the third is the pipe running down to it.

A part from a Fiat Panda on a Rover?

The OP should be ashamed.

We need a member rating system for modifications

Didn't someone do a similar modification before and mounted in the plenum ?

I love seeing these 'workarounds' to make life easier.

I remember something like that - would be fine as long as the plenums don't flood.

I think it's a brilliant modification and being inside the car it is insulated as has been said from the weathers.
Fitting a Fiat part too will instantly double the value of the car
