Didn't the MG XPower SV use several of Fiat's parts from their past models for the exterior and the interior?

I clipped the bottom corners to allow fluid through but to stop the upsurge when the pedal is pressed. I'm looking forwards to getting the new clutch in, it will be smooth and reliable at last. I hope the pictures to come will help others do their own, it's not a bad job, just a bit fiddly but I did the hard part today.

So not removed or cut open just like a knick in the corners so it opens and closes, i removed mine and had hole in lid with pipe running to steering wheel, worked for a while then got problems so put condom and proper lid back on

Do you have pipe from upper reservoir going through lid and then condom of rover clutch master

I am not familiar with the cylinders (joys of an auto) , but could a rover cylinder be used as the remote with pipework leading from it, then the condom placed in it?

That's what I've done but the Panda cylinder is the same size and has the same condom, I've left that one in place to reduce any chance of leakage.

I wouldn't think it possible without a lot of problems, not least the mounting of it. The Panda cylinder is the same size so the fluid is doubled, plus the contents of the pipe leading to the original master, it's maybe three times as much as the original.

Noted.

If Brian is reading, I am pretty poor and the car will need a brake fluid flush on a T4 next year. I also have a spare new clutch kit and DMf in the cupboard. Could we fit these at the same tme?

I'm pretty sure a T4 won't conduct a brake fluid flush. I'm also sure that if you sell your house in Suffolk and move to Newcastle, you'll have pots of money to spend.

A T4 is needed to flush the secondary circuit.

Poor and deprived is a reflection of my state of mind. I will be poor regradless of where I live.
