Default My new knob and gaiters

Hi all,

Finally got my wood gear knob and new gaiters fitted this week end.

Knob was courtesy of a B*W via e-bay and the gaiters also came from e-bay from guy called Mr. Gaiter http://stores.ebay.co.uk/GAITERS-BOOTS-WAREHOUSE
colour of the gaiters is quite a good match considering their new and the cars upholstery is nearly five years old, a couple of piccys

Very smart looking.

I've never been to fond of the dimpled leather fitted to my Zed, so this eBay store may prove usefull... I'll gave a ganders after me tea...

Thanks Rich, i'm pretty pleased with them too.

Got a bit of a shock when I first opened the packet, inside they looked almost grey, but when I took them out to the car very nearly a perfect match.
The guy also does other colours and if you can send him a small sample says he can match it.

If you look through all 23 pages, he has different prices for the same thing? £13.99 instead of £14.99 for the gear lever gaiter and £29.99 instead of £25.99 for both gaiters.

Fantastic look!

Any other places to find such good quality gear knobs?

I've been looking myself.

stef_uk,
 no I am not Mr. Gaiter, I mailed him to ask if he could match the sandstone leather and added a photo of the interior so there was no mistake about the colour, he asked if I would send him some pictures, when fitted, for his web site.

I am mortified that you think I would flagrantly break forum rules by promoting my own business.

Alan, I am sure he would be pleased to sort any queries you have, and to know about the differences in prices, possibly typo's ?
