Default Anti Roll Bars rover 75 conni 2.0l v6

is there a post anywhere with pics to change these ******s its just took me and my mate 4hrs to change 1 lol either we were doing it wrong or there is an easy way lol

Some people say grind that nut off. Otherwise you're there for hours. Or drop the strut. That would be my preference. If you can get the pinch bolt off of course

The drop link from the ARB to the bottom spring seat ?
I did both mine last week, it took forty minutes both sides.
I didn't even try to undo the rusty nuts, a 1mm cutting disc on a small angle grinder slices through them in seconds.
A cheap £15 grinder from Tesco is fine.
