Default It's there at last

I see TOAF is finally available for all to use.

Does anyone know what is needed to make the connection to the car ? is it a special cable ?

Default tried it earlier

tried it earlier but i could only connect to engine, bcu and lcm you can change some of the functions but all i wanted was to see if it could do a service reset

Personally I wouldn't even think of connecting this to my car until it's been fully independently tested by someone (eg a T4 guru) who knows about these things.

Surely it can't be any worse than those chinese BMW kits ?
I only plan on using it to get info about what is wrong.
I don't plan on modifying any of the options because they are how I want them already.

This is the cable they advised me to get, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2721004943...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT It just arrived the other day, It comes with the drivers CD.

Hi.
I have one of those cables and the driver anyway, I'll be installing it and giving it a whirl when up to it, at least I can fall back to T4 if there is any issues which I very much doubt TBH.
