my n/s brake light has just gone how do i change the bulb

Steve, you don't say if you have a saloon or a Tourer!!

If its the saloon just remove the cover inside the boot where the lamps assembly is and there should be a silver flat pin sticking out just squeeze it together and then the lamps assembly pull out its the bulb on ths right in the middle. it s a 2 minute job

Depending on age of car, there will either be a panel inside the boot covering the back of the lamp cluster, or just release the single plastic retaining clip holding the boot side finisher to the body.
Then the lamp cluster holder is simply held in by twist clips, turn and release, you will then be able to withdraw the holder from the assembly.
