Hi,

I've got a Rover 75 with cream leather seats and the front seats have pockets on their backs. Unfortunately the passenger pocket has become detached at the top, it looks like there is some sort of plug/pin that secures each end of the spring steel band to the back of the seat. Has anybody else suffered this problem and found parts to repair?

Cheers, Mark.

these are very prone to this i am afraid.the frame has plastic spigots which go through the seat back an held on with a nut.its this spigot that snaps.some members have taken of the back and then put self tapping screw in the back from the inside.i on my ztt old seats drilled through the back via the hole in the spigot, then used screw with a flat nut at the back put a cover cap over the screw head.

Thanks for that.

It looks like the seat back that the pocket is attached to is just a plastic panel? How can the seat back be removed?

Cheers, Mark.
