Only the owner could confirm but it looks more Chromactive than firefrost to me.
The vid is OK on mine, if it's pausing check your broadband speed.

You may not be getting the download speed you are paying for!

Let it all download once with the Jumps then hit the Replay button should then be OK as will be in Cache.

I've got it on VHS. Pretty sure it is Aurora.

It is aurora IIRC.
Its one of the facelifted mark 1 press cars .

BX04 YDC ( Twilight) and BX04 YDD ( aurora) Were taken off the line and facelifted as press release cars.

However if anyone hears of a 260 ZT-Tourer for sale in Aurora let me know, that would be a mighty fine motor to own.

you can download the youtube video using a program called vdownloader. then burn to dvd? although if the quality isn't that good then its not worth it.

I was after some DVD quality footage of everything to do with the ZT.
Like you say, any You Tube footage is not worth archiving due to its poor bandwidth IMO

Due to permission rights etc.
Perhaps the owner of the said car doesn't want people to know it was thrashed by Clarkson when he comes to sell it!

Or maybe the the footage is still owned by the BBC, but then there is plenty of BBC footage on You Tube. I wish I had saved it now with that vdownloader that Pmessling mentions

If it had got that extra Power he Likes we would have heard a lot more good things about it and indeed he may well have got one by his own indications.

About 18 months ago I was told by a Rover/MG dealer in the UK that they had recently sold Clarkson's MG ZT 260 with about 75K miles on the clock. Maybe on loan and no way to verify the story, but on the face of it looks like he did like it enough to run one, and for quite a while.

The new Gran Turismo 5 (PS3) is going to have downloadable Top Gear Episodes. I hope the 260 ep is one of them :). They are also modelling the Top Gear Test track to blast around!

Shame that the actual ZT260 wont be in the game... I could have ruined some virtual tyres rather than my own! haha
