Having purchased my 04 75 1.8T a couple of months back, I am slowly getting around to the cosmetic issues, I have rather a large gap around the front (face lift) bumer and the front wings, both sides and similarly an equally large gap between the radiator grill and the bonnet. Is it possible to adjust the shut line and if so how best is that acheived?

There's a thread somewhere on this site in which Devilish sets out a good "how to"

But in case we can't find it, there's similar information here:-

The answers to most common problems are in the "how to" sections of the forum. Got a problem? Look in the index. This was (of course) in the Bodywork section of the "how tos".

i found lossening the bolts on the top of the bumper then lightly jacking the bottom of the bumper and tightening the bolts worked well
