Yes, you will need to rebuild the engine with low compression pistons and con rods then do the inlet and exhaust plumbing and have the ECU re-mapped with a T4. You will also need to fit an intercooler and a revised fan mounting assy. The coolant system will need modifying as the turbo is water cooled. You will also need the oil feed and return pipes that supply the turbo with oil.

Yes, new ECU, ZCS recode, different exhaust, fuel pump, gearbox, pistons and rods etc etc.
My advise is if you want a turbo, buy one rather than trying to convert ;)
