Only started this week,.Intermittently will not start on my 2004 75 CDTI,.I played about with the under bonnet fuel pump,.then it would start and then not start,.I bought a new under bonnet,.and what a job that was, somebody said 20mins max to fit, it would not slide out,.and no play in the intake pipe on the bottom of the pump,.had to remove the battery and battery case to get at it,.fit the new pump and guess what it would still not start up,..tested the live feed coming into the new pump and that was dead,played about then it was live again,...looks like i have bought a new pump for nothing,...looking for ideas on what it could be,.Relays etc,..Cheers.............Mike
