came across this on ebay and decided to have a punt and see what they are like fitted. i think they look good and improve the front look, a reasonable price too mine cost £9 and is very easy to fit.

7t5 - firstly can I congratulate you on your choice of car colour. Us Moonstone Green drivers need to stick together - this place is overrun with Silver car drives :)

Can't say for certain, but looks like the chrome surround is a bit too big for the number plate recess on the front bumper. Can you please confirm if this is the case or if it does fit inside the recess?

Cheers
Chris

I've always thought that these things destroy the original design. Chrome draws attention to the lines, and thus these draw attention to the number plate, which is a little secondary imho - except the rear one which MUST be bespoke for the whole design to work. (Interesting to think why the chrome door handle finishers DO "work".. they shouldnt from a visual point of view, as they obstruct the flow of the line up the sides of the car.) All very subjective, of course...

Looks very nice and it goes with the chrome rear surround.

I'd be more concerned about the illegal number plates than the chrome trim.
