Part number required please

Would anybody happen to know the part numbers for the dust covers for the rear anti roll bar linkage ball joints? I have a had a quick look on rimmer bros and can't find them.

I had 2 advisories on my MOT this year as below. Figure I will buy them and get my friendly mechanic to fit at the next service!!

- Nearside anti roll bar linkage ball joint dust cover damaged no longer prevents ingress of dirt.
- Offside anti roll bar linkage ball joint dust cover damaged no longer prevents ingress of dirt.

I have contacted the seller but he has replied that to ensure he can get one to fit the car he has asked for the following measurements:-

"You will need the size of the small hole, large hole & height of the boot please"

Would anybody happen to have access to one of these to measure for me? Obviously it needs to be off the car in order to get the measurements!!
