It was running a bit rough when i bought it in August so i unplugged the MAF.
It ran fine but not as smooth as my last CDT. I tried the MAF plugged in again but it was even worse; undrivable in fact so i unplugged it again.
About a week ago i very carefully cleaned the MAF with IPS spray from Maplins. 5 or 6 squirts and tickled with a soft watercolour brush, 5 or 6 squirts again and it did actually look a bit brighter.
I needed the car the next day so left the MAF unplugged but yesterday I plugged it in. It ran super smooth:drool4: but with absolutely no pulling power at all until 2,300 rpm:(. And then is now so sprightly.
