Usually just a case of removing the head unit and then disconnecting the power / speaker connector. The parrot kit simply just plugs between the two. Fit the screen and mike and that's it, plug and play :)

Doddle to fit, just plugs in between the existing head unit wires!

I was thinking about getting one of these, but they're too expensive, especially as it actually cost less to get a complete new headunit with bluetooth built in!

That's useful to know as I was undecided whether to go for a change of head unit.

I notice this Kenwood unit uses Parrot Bluetooth software. Not sure how this would compare to a stand alone kit

Anyone know if this unit would this unit be compatible with steering wheel controls?
