I would say it's a bargain at that price! It works out to about £320 Sterling....

I have a P4 95 in addition to my 75 conni. Parts are available in uk so should not be an obstacle. Take a look at Rover P4 Drivers Guild site then buy the Cyclops.

I had a 1963 Rover 95. Try John Wearing. He does new, used and recon Rover P4 parts. There is another I think called Wadhams but I always preferred dealing with John Wearing. They both have websites. Try a google search on those two names. Get it bought!
