I am sure I will be corrected. However after claying the car, depending on standard of paint work, I would use sratch x or similar to remove any swirl marks / light scratching.
Rather than all polish I would use a wax after the AG UDS. Colinite 476s has been recomended on here as a good winter wax. Two coats of that and job done for the next 6 months. Washing after that will just require a quick use of maguires nxt wax (spray) and jobs a gudun.

You're on the right track, definately. People might recommend other products, but as those are the ones you've already got, they're not bad choices. I'm assuming you've got a full compliment of microfibre cloths and a drying towel?

I'm not entirely sure what benefit UDS is if used as well as SRP, as the latter is a very nice polish for hand use, and when used along with clay should provide a good surface for the EGP.

EGP rather than a wax could be a good move if it's longevity you're after, especially if you have metallic paint. If you apply 2 layers 24 hours apart you'll probably get more mileage out of it than most waxes (with the possible exception of Collinite or the VERY expensive ones). It's likely you'll be happy with the finish it leaves, but if you're not, you can always layer a wax over the top of it to give a bit more depth and glow.

There's one hint for something you've already got - use the detailing spray. There should be a bottle included in your clay kit for use as a lubricant. After future washes, if you spray that on the car while it's still wet after rinsing, you'll find it's easier to dry the car, and the finish lasts better.

Ultra Deep Shine is Super Resin Polish in drag. SRP includes a bit of a filler as well as being a decent cleaner too.

I would;

wash
clay (leave car wet)
wash
dry
SRP
EGP
Wax of choice

According to Autoglym, ultra deep shine is for use on dark colours ( what I'd bought it for), but is not for use under extra gloss protection, it has this built in.

Extra gloss protection is for use in conjunction with super resin polish
