Brake warning light on last weekend, after investigating i discovered both rear brakes pipes about 3 inches from flexy pipe were leaking. What sort of cost can i expect for repair.

Evening JDC ;)

Gooner, contact a Nigel @ KLN based in Sutton Stop if you are stuck to get your car looked at. Let him know I put you onto him. We can take a look for you no problem but April maybe a little far in advance.

Don't want to be nosy but did they just cut out the corroded section's and put a new piece in each length of brake pipe, or renew both from the front connections over tank to n/s flexi and the same but straight to o/s flexi. If they renewed the pipes from front to rear and over the tank well done that was super cheap. But if they only put pieces in, just keep an eye where they clip onto the floor pan as they are notorious for going there. Cheers basham (Tony)
