Hi guys,
I thought I would post in here as the charity I am raising money for is Scottish.
Last year I ran the 10km for the first time, this year I am out to beat my time and get a bit of revenge. Just over 2 years ago I smoked 20 a day and hadn't spent much time off the couch apart from going to work :getmecoat:. This year I hope to run the race (6.2 miles) in under an hour (last year was 1 hour 7 mins).
I am planning on running a half marathon in October but I will NOT be raising money for charity as I limit my self to once every year or 2. I am looking to raise £150 and I am nearly there. I would appreciate any donations no matter how small.
The charity is Action on Depression. Depression affects 1 in 10 people at some point in their life and for some can be a lifelong battle. You can read more about it on my justgiving page where you can also donate.
