Thank you everyone. I had problems with my 75 Tourer, not starting this weekend. There was a click, the engine did not turn over, and the headlights came on.
I turned to the Forum for advice, and quickly found the solution, that the battery should be replaced. I went to Eurocarparts and parted with £87. I fitted the battery, turned the key and vrooom !!
Thank you everyone who has added to the topics on non-starting cars in the past. The advice was spot on. It reminded me what good value the subscription is !
