heated washer jets without plug in car

want to fit the heated washer jets but dont seem to have any plug behind wing so can they still be retrofitted??

Yes, directly to the fuse box, if you use the search facility it has been done many times in the past.

if all the mirrors are heated then could cables be brought through to car via gromit then connected to mirror heater cables or is fusebox easier
