Wheres the oil coming from?

Hi all, just started to do a spark plug change on my 2000 2.5 kv6 and found that the No 3 (centre front) Cyl head spark plug recess has quite a bit of old engine oil in it - any clues as to where this is leaking from. The old girls getting long in the tooth now at 157,000 miles but still goes like the wind and sounds awesome. Thanks in advance for any help.

It could be:

- Rocker cover gasket
- Cam ladder sealant
- Spillage from oil filling

Clean up everything and check the spark plug well after a few months to see if there are oil in there :)
