Diesel Lower Engine Mount

When my V6 lower engine mount deteriorated there was a clunk when I accelerated and decelerated. It clunked at all engine temperatures.

My diesel has started making a similar clunk but it only does it when the engine is cold. Once the engine has warmed up the clunk disappears. Any ideas?

Well, since the diesel takes about ten minutes to remove and check I would have a look at it. Just jack up the drivers side with a back up of another jack or a wheel ramp for safety, remove the undertray, and away you go.
