hi everyone just picked up my rover 75 2.0 cdt connoisseur se yesterday this number 1 of many i'll be posting unfortunately of things i need advice on, so any help would be appreciated :-)
anyway i've just noticed that it has 2 hairline cracks just below right centre vent on the dash :,(
its the plastic dash even though after speaking to reebs about the posting of the power drive manual going of my vin number mine should of had the wooden dash ah well as reebs said we learn something new lol.
anyway can the wooden dash be fitted instead of another plastic one?
thanks ste

Yes it can but with hairline cracks I would say it's likely to be a wood one anyway & the lacquer is cracking

Oh & I would recommend using the clips that come off your original dash as there are slight differences on some cars as I discovered last time I did one

Where?:D

Very odd the plastic ones don't usually crack unless they've been abused a bit.

I'm sure there'll be someone over that way can help

lol!! :) yeah 2diesels you see it now. like i said earlier on the power drive manual my vin precedes the change to plastic but unfortunately it has the plastic dash but if it weren't cracked the plastic one wouldn't bother me :}
thanks again for the help
