18" hairpins x4 need refurb

Have my old hairpins they need refurbishment 2 have no tyres on other 2 have tyres but they need replacing. 1 of the wheels has had paint stripper spilled on it. But all are straight and held air when they where on car.
Swap for a couple of 18" straights with good tyres or front bumper skirt or side skirts or why

I have one recently refurbished straight alloy,it has been grit blasted and powder coated both sides with a high gloss finish better than new in my opinion I would swap it for two of yours? I say two because I need one hairpin to make a set of four plus a spare instead of skinny space saver.let me know what you think.
