Hello,
My horn blowed yesterday 4 15 amp fuses and one 20 amps and is still not working.
What can be the problem? The horn is dead? Loom problem? How do I check them?

Remove both wires from the horn and replace the fuse, if it blows it is a wiring fault on the power to the horn ;)
To save on fuses use a bulb and wire to bridge the fuse holder, if the bulb glows you have a short .
