Rain sensing wipers and Traffic master

Hi All, I have an MG ZT with the drivers pack fitted. the wipers work at the slower speed on both the first and second position (fast speed when they should) but no automatic and the Traffic master lights up when switching the ignition on but no reports anymore. Any ideas? Please.

can answer the traffic master one.
It's been switched off in the UK so it won't work any longer.

Thanks for that, have been using a sat nav so I hadn't noticed till today.

Why not use the redundant traffic master system to monitor for drivers with kids on board who are on mobile or smoking, or is that technology no good for that purpose.

Would save the Police a bit.
