hi,could you please tell me how to remove headlight protectors on 2003 rover 75 cdti,,when i bought the car these where already fitted, and i would like to remove them for cleaning,,regards james :}

If I remember correctly my son removes his with an old plastic credit card.

do you need 1 credit card or 2 do you slide them in top and bottom ,,also do you have to use cards to get them back in after cleaning,,,thank you,,james:}

You need two, one for the top and one for the bottom - and yes, you do.... ;)

NB. Although credit cards are not ideal as the have raised lettering etc. But any plastic of that size and thickness will do.

If you just pull and wriggle they should come off anyway, mine used to:D

You only need one, to go in between the headlight protector and the bumper.

The early instructions included two bits of plastic and showed use of two, the later instructions included one bit of plastic and the instructions show the use of one.

I use one, works fine :D
