A post trim removal - how?

How do I remove the A post trim, I want to get to the passenger seatbelt as it does not seem to be moving up and down when the seat is adjusted - oh and yes the cable is attached and working.

it pulls off after removing the door seal.leave seal off when refitting to enable you to see where the lugs clip in the holes.do not hit and hope you will bend them.oh and its the b post btw:}
