Hi there, im starting a general post to get some feedback on a car I viewed a couple of days back that looked impressive but im concerned about mot advisories.

Its a 2004 rover 75 CDTI auto with 70k and FSH. Has everything and looks smart but has 2 suspension arm advisories and a coolant leak thats allegedly been fixed. Also the central lockings a bit iffy.

I knocked the guy down yo £1500 but do you think the advisories are going to cause najor headache for that kinda price?

Also has no tax.

Im not mechanically minded but checked it to the best of my ability.

Quick replies would be great as I told him id come for u t tommorow.

If you have knocked him down by around £200/ 250 you have more than covered the cost of the wishbone arms replacement. Go for it.

Use carparts4less - same company, but the prices are permanently the same as the ECP prices with the club discount applied, and if you spend over £50 you can get an extra 5% off.
