The original set have been on the car for 160k miles, so slightly worn out!!
so looking for another set, what is recommended out there??
Also brake pad front/rear, any brands in particular recommended , there seems to be a a large price difference between brands.
thanks

You can't go wrong with Unipart or Pagid from ECP.

Should I change my mechanic?

I just bought a set of Delphi front and rear disks and pads after reading on here that a couple of members had them and spoke good words of them.

I'll be doing discs and pads soon - but not just yet.
Borg & Beck have started making discs, and I'm fitting a set to my ZT-T and a friend's 75 for testing. They appear to be very good quality.
