For supplies, try http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk.

I've been using that site for over a year, and the service is the best I've ever experienced! I can't recommend it enough!

Be warned though - it's very easy to spend a small fortune on there! :D

lol, link here, great to deal with to http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/wax/cat_4.html only put a very thin coat of wax, i put on a pair of latex gloves on to apply the wax, because the heat off ya hands warms and melts the wax, its to hard to use right from the container its in, plus i just love wearing latex lol

Guys, I note the Blue Wax Paste is for dark coloured cars ...

What would you use on Moonstone Green ???

Would it be the Paste Wax - just not the blue one ??

Not seen this product before - gotta have a bash.

I would use the nattys blue paste still - they do a white and a limted edition red.

I would choose Nattys Blue or if you are feeling flush I like they Zymol Concours Glaze.

Nattys Blue!

It served me well on Nightfire Red and now my Tahiti Blue coop!

I might even get some of the special edition red in ;)

hi bob, the paste wax is great for all paintwork regardless of colour, it will give u a great shine on your 75, just use a good quality polish before applying the wax, u will only need a very thin coat, applying to thickly will not give u a better shine, and will just waste your wax, u can always give it a second coat after about 24 hours to deepen the shine ok .

Many thanks, gotta give this stuff a shot.

So - the process is

Polish
Paste wax 1
24 Hours later - Paste wax 2

Sounds like a busy weekend :)

so now and driving about in a new 1.2 corsa, until my 75 gets repaired, they are also putting brand new seats in it at a cost of £1200, they say is because of the glass has marked the leather, but was ok, well looked ok before they came for my car, i think thy are just getting as much out of the insurers as possible, the good thing is they ant writing my car off, so for the sake of my £100 access, let them do it, i never claimed a penny of my insurance for 25 years, i just hope none of you guys never get your 75s trashed, its not a nice feeling , quite upsetting really

See if you can buy the seats off your garage and sell them on, I'm sure someone on here would be interested.
