I've had a cursory look and am going to get around to changing the back box on the ZT-T....is it really that simple or am I in for a nasty surprise at 12 noon on a Sunday?:getmecoat:

If it's been changed before the hard work is done, simply take old off and replace, if OEM box, the system is in one piece, offer up the new box to get an idea of sizes, measure twice and mark, double check, then cut off the rear pipe (leave a little on long side to be sure) - dry fit new box, mark for any final cut when certain all lined up correctly and cut, use exhaust paste and fit new box.

Make sure you have a decent jack, axle stands, hacksaw and new clamp ... take your time and should be a good one. New box (pattern part) will have built in hangers so discard OEM strap but keep dough nut hangers.

Son did mine couple of years back, all done in about an hour.
